The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SKYLOQ does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKYLOQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, flight planning decisions, or regulatory compliance matters.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SKYLOQ in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data prior to termination by contacting support at support@skyloq.app.
SKYLOQ is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These platforms are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Service. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms solely to the extent required by their respective platform policies. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of the applicable app store, the app store terms will govern with respect to your use of that platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
